MBA (HR) with 6 – 8 years relevant post qualification exp. Must have Statutory/ labour Compliance exp,. Should be well versed with the Statutory compliance such as Provident Fund As per Act 1952 & ESIC as per act 1948, Payment of gratuity as per Act 1972, Profession Tax payment & labour welfare fund Compliance of labour Act etc. Should have good verbal and written skills in English and Malayalam.

HR Executive (5 Openings)
Any graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Should handle Statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour Dept , etc) , Office Administration, Time Office , Assist HR Manager in HR functions , maintain employee files. Should be ready to travel. Should have computer knowledge.
